Social Studies: Some students forgot to complete their Chapter 7 Lesson 1 worksheet for Friday. Please complete it and turn it in on Monday. It would also be a good idea to study your Northeast and Southeast states and capitals. We will be having a test over both of them soon. I will send a note home as soon as I have picked an exact date.

Valentine's Day is on Monday! Don't forget to bring your valentines.

Dear Parents,

Many of the students had some concerns about the date of the Valentine's Day party. The party is going to be on Monday, February 14th. If you want to start sending the Valentines in with your child you may do so. make sure they are all filled out and in a bag or box with your child's name on it. I will send a class list home with the students tomorrow. Please check their backpacks for the list. English: I want to remind students to study for the English test that will be on Tuesday. This test will cover the unit about Adjectives.

Spelling: I sent a note home, but I know that sometimes notes can disappear as they make the journey home. Unit 20 will be covered this week. We are not moving to the next unit because we did not have time cover this current unit due to the snow days.
